CartBuddy terms

Private alpha

CartBuddy is currently an invitation-only prerelease service. Features may change, fail, or be removed. Automatic order submission is not enabled in the current alpha. Do not rely on CartBuddy for urgent, essential, medical, safety-critical, or time-sensitive purchases.

Your retailer accounts

You are responsible for your retailer accounts, saved addresses, payment methods, purchase decisions, taxes, fees, delivery choices, and compliance with retailer terms. CartBuddy is not affiliated with Walmart or other supported retailers.

No purchase guarantee

Prices, availability, sellers, delivery slots, taxes, tips, and fees can change at any time. A watch or notification does not guarantee that an item will remain available or that a checkout will succeed.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Requesting a private-alpha invitation does not create a charge. When paid subscriptions are available, Stripe Checkout displays the price, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel by contacting hello@hiperfusion.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, charges already paid are non-refundable and are not prorated.

Acceptable use

You may not use CartBuddy to violate law, interfere with retailer systems, evade access controls, conduct fraud, resell access, or purchase prohibited goods. We may suspend access to protect users, retailers, CartBuddy, or third parties.

Disclaimer and limitation

The alpha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. HiperFusion does not warrant uninterrupted operation, retailer compatibility, purchase completion, or error-free results. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
